Becoming a part of Future by Lund
Being able to start working at Future by Lund feels like a very significant step in my professional life. My own professional background has given me experience in leadership, financial management, business development, coaching and working with people in different life situations. I have worked both strategically and operationally, with a particular focus on individuals' development potential, team development and support for people with disabilities to reach their full capacity. I also have experience in building and running operations, managing staff and developing sustainable ways of working with clear goals and high quality.
It is therefore particularly meaningful for me to work in an organisation that not only runs its own initiatives, but also creates structures, relationships and opportunities for others to develop solutions together.
